Today we mark the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.
We have encouraged our employees to explore and reflect on the historical need for this day - to honour and remember the Aboriginal children who were abducted and taken to residential schools.
Our efforts will not stop there. We will continue to contribute to promoting diversity and inclusion through activities and training that will better educate our employees on these topics, just as we are already doing to address discrimination and racism.
This commitment is part of our desire to contribute to an economic recovery that is innovative and inclusive, and values diversity and equity.
