Cominar is partnering with Women in Governance to host a cocktail event on equity and inclusion within the hybrid work mode (hosted in French only: Équité et l’inclusion à travers le mode de travail hybride). This event will be held on October 24, 2022, in the entrance hall of Alexis Nihon office towers in Montreal.
As the pandemic comes to an end, we as a society have the opportunity to shape the office of the future and combine the benefits of remote work with those of in-person work. However, organizations must pay attention to some of the (in)visibility issues associated with remote work: for example, the "Zoom ceiling" and proximity bias, which should not become additional barriers to advancement for women, who may be generally more reluctant to return to the office than their male counterparts.
Sandra Lécuyer, our Chief Culture & Brand Office, will be speaking on this topic as a panellist, along with the following guests:
- Karl Blackburn, President and CEO of the Conseil du patronat du Québec
- Julie Dubé, Partner and Executive Vice-president at lg2
- Emmanuelle Legault, President and CEO of the Palais des congrès de Montréal
Caroline Codsi, Founding President of Women in Governance, will be moderating the panel.
Mario D. Morroni, Cominar President and CEO, will address the audience to close the event.
