Cominar is investing in the renovation of Alexis Nihon’s food court. This new phase will ensure the property’s continued evolution and create lasting value. On the menu: a reimagined design, an enhanced dining experience, and a stronger positioning.

Designed to meet the expectations and habits of today’s consumers, the new food court is a breath of fresh air. “The space will be bright, accessible, and vibrant,” explains Stéphanie Labrecque, Director, Development, Cominar. “Its concept is both refreshing and timeless. A palette of natural and classic materials contrasts with a contemporary design and carefully curated decorative lighting.”
The renovated space will welcome several new food vendors, adding more variety for visitors. Alongside well-established brands like Subway, Thaï Express, and Muffin Plus, new additions will include Poulet Rouge, Poke Monster, Grillades Torino and Real Fruit Bubble Tea, among others.
