Four New Openings in our Commercial Portfolio

The challenges we encountered in recent months have not dampened our desire to be at the heart of our communities by continually enhancing our commercial offering to meet their needs. As a result, we are recovering from this turbulent period with not one, but four new openings in two of our shopping centres.

We would like to welcome Mayrand Food Depot and Boulangerie Ange at Mail Champlain, as well as IGA Extra and SAQ at Rockland.

Mayrand, Food Depot

This 100% Quebec-owned and operated company specializes in food products since 1914. This food warehouse is the perfect place to find all products coming directly from producers, under one roof: from imported Italian products to the highest quality meat, as well as kitchenware and packaging.

Boulangerie Ange

This typical French bakery offers a wide selection of breads, pastries, baked goods, and deliciously comforting ready-made meals, all prepared on-site for exceptional freshness. Boulangerie Ange cares about offering quality products at reasonable prices, all prepared with an eco-responsible approach.

IGA Extra

The new IGA Extra, part of the Déziel family, owners-operators who have been serving the community for over 26 years, offers products from Quebec and the world as well as meal ideas to make life easier. A Rachelle Béry health boutique is located inside the supermarket and offers a wide variety of supplements and natural care products of superior quality.

SAQ Selection

Adjacent to lGA Extra, the new SAQ Selection branch, completely redesigned, proposes a wide selection of wines, champagnes, spirits, ready-mixed cocktails and beers to meet everyone’s taste.

We welcome these four new additions with great enthusiasm and we would like to acknowledge the dedication and efforts of our teams and those of our new retailers in these uncertain times. These long-awaited openings allow us to offer new local food destinations to our customers in order to meet the real needs of their daily lives.
