b.cycle at Rockland... Beyond Summer!

After quickly winning the hearts of the Rockland Centre community, b.cycle will establish itself permanently in pleasant indoor spaces following another promising summer as a pop-up. " As their new partner, we believe in Cominar's vision and plan to reinvigorate Rockland Centre and are excited to be a part of this strategy," explains Bijan Bolouri, president of b.cycle.

Fun and Entertaining Experiences

While b.cycle offers fun and entertaining experiences, Cominar strives to go beyond the lease to create memorable experiences. It comes as no surprise that the two organizations have agreed on a long-term partnership. "We look for commercial proprety owners who have a long-term strategic vision that can be mutually beneficial for both parties," explains Bolouri.

A Unique and Winning Deal

For Cominar, consolidating a partnership with such a unique retailer fits perfectly into its strategy of diversifying its uses. The quality service offered by b.cycle echoes the community's expectations and promotes their well-being.

For b.cycle, setting up shop at Rockland Centre means getting closer to its customers due to the neighborhoud’s density and demographic profile. The company will soon offer its users a 4th permanent address in an accessible everyday destination where it’s good to have fun.

A Successful Partnership

"We've enjoyed working with Cominar over the past five years, both for our Westmount studio at Place Alexis Nihon and our outdoor pop-up at Rockland Centre. We look forward to continuing our partnership when we open our 4th location this fall," concludes Mr. Bolouri.

b.cycle’s permanent studio will open its doors in fall 2023. Until then, the community can continue to enjoy the temporary facilities on Rockland Centre’s rooftop until September 30th!
