Fitwel certification is awarded to residential and commercial real estate projects that stand out through their strategy to optimize health. The evaluation criteria used to complete the analysis are based on more than 5 years of scientific research, in combination with the advice of more than 5,600 experts. Therefore, our property meets the highest standards in terms of health—standards on a human scale.

Plaza Tower is a 33-storey residential tower located adjacent to our Alexis Nihon shopping centre. Its central location promotes sustainable mobility and food security through its proximity to everyday services such as grocery stores.
