Cominar Renews Its Bronze Parity Certification From Women in Governance

For the third year in a row, Cominar has received the Bronze Parity Certification by Women in Governance. Awarded by the organization of the same name, this certification reflects our sustained efforts to create better tomorrows.

Currently, more than 50% of the organization's managers are women, a percentage that has increased compared to last year. Within the management team itself, 40% of the members are women. 

This prestigious and unique certification in North America is awarded to companies after a rigorous analysis of more than 75 criteria. Governance and vision, collective catalysts, and equity within the organization are all evaluated. The certification renewal highlights our strong commitment to making Cominar an employer of choice for women.
