Magasine ta solution! is Coming to 4 Cominar Centres

Sustainable commitment comes to life at Cominar with the arrival of the pop-up boutique Magasine ta solution!. This unique initiative by Concertation Montréal (CMTL) will launch at Alexis Nihon from March 24 to 30, 2025, before making its way to three other Cominar centres over the next two years. Circular fashion and awareness of the environmental impact of textiles have never been this exciting!

A Rich and Engaging Program

Throughout the week, the local community will be invited to explore a space dedicated to ethical fashion, featuring creators committed to sustainability. The program includes:

  • Sale of second-hand clothing and accessories benefiting Le Chaînon.
  • Sale of upcycled products designed by local designers.
  • Repair and upcycling hands-on workshops to introduce people of all ages to sustainable habits.
  • Educational spaces to better understand the environmental impact of fashion and discover tips to care for and extend the life of clothing.

A Commitment Aligned with Cominar’s Sustainable Vision

As a genuine laboratory for responsible consumption, this event builds on the legacy of the Marché En Mode Responsable in 2023. It also marks the return of CMTL to Alexis Nihon, a key partner in Quebec’s ecological transition.

"The return of CMTL to our centre reflects our commitment to responsible consumption. By supporting a local initiative, we’re also strengthening a crucial partnership in the fight against textile waste," says Rosalie Bouchard, Specialty Leasing and Partnerships Manager at Cominar. "The new Magasine ta solution! concept promises an engaging and educational experience for the community while enhancing the vibrancy of the centre."

A Tour Not to Be Missed

Magasine ta solution! will stop at four Cominar centres over the next two years:

Magasine ta solution! is made possible thanks to financial support from the Government of Quebec through the Action-Climat Québec program.
