New Flavour at Centropolis: Sammi & Soupe Dumpling
A new type of cuisine has been added to Centropolis’s culinary offering with the arrival of Sammi & Soupe Dumpling. It’s already proving a huge success!
The Centropolis community’s enthusiasm has been remarkable. The Sammi team shared, “The first week was incredible: there was always a queue waiting for our xiao long bao! Every team member worked with passion and dedication to make our opening a success!”

A First For Laval
Sammi & Soupe Dumpling is well-established and much-loved in Montreal, Brossard, and Ottawa. The Laval branch is its 9th location (and the first in Laval), renowned for authentic, comforting cuisine.Sammi & Soupe Dumpling specializes in its cuisine and offers faster service thanks to its shorter, flavour-packed menu. The restaurant features authentic Chinese dishes, especially xiao long bao—famous steamed dumplings. Prepared with passion using traditional techniques, the dumplings are handmade from carefully selected ingredients, reflecting the full expertise of Chinese cuisine.Whilst it is the dumplings that have made Sammi & Soupe Dumplings so successful and renowned, other dishes are already highly popular with the Laval community. “Our customers praise the freshness of our handmade xiao long bao, as well as the flavourful broth in our wonton soup. The fried beef curry dumplings and cold peanut noodles are already firm favourites!” explains the Sammi team.
